I dont want to update my details

Ive been paying my subscription via EFT since very early into my contract. I am now 2 years out of contract and still paying by EFT. I get a phone call every week about updating my details, funny enough I have never received one about having missed a payment. Every week I tell the agents that I am still comfortable with our arrangements and dont wish to do debit order. Every week they apologise for the call and promise to update the system. Its so irritating to the point that I want to cancel my business with you because I cannot keep giving you the same answer every week. Its gotten to a point where I literally have to show my annoyance to the agent which is unfair because they are only doing their jobs but it cant be that they fail to update the system. Im annoyed and irritated. Can you leave me alone, I pay your money every month and have been for the past 5 years. I have been searching for a secondary unit for another vehicle and it took over 5 minutes for the agent to reply on the chat service, I then opted to go with another service provider. Thats where you should be spending more energy and time because that service is useless. I could have had 2 units with Tracker Connect but its little things that annoy me with you guys.
