HOW TO CANCEL TRACKER

I have been trying to cancel my tracker subscription for 6 months now but failed. Every month instalment gets debited form my bank account. Calling the call centre does no good, they always promise they will refund the payments but instead the following month more money is deducted from my bank.<br> <br> I am so frustrated and have been even thinking about changing banks. I desperately need someone high up from tracker to help me in this regard cause so far your call centre agents have only made empty promises. I feel 6 months is too long to administer a cancellation and refund.
