Horrific service

I phone Tracker today to test my unit as I noticed that it hasn't been updated on the App since yesterday. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she was at a party, put me on hold for 7 minutes and then when she came back, it was a totally different person. The lack of communication and the excuses are horrific. Device still not updated and the technician doesn't understand my point of view. Luckily I can give my one month notice to cancel Tracker and move along....
