Horrible service from tracker connect

Their service is absolutely terrible!!!!! We have disconnected our vehicle battery few times already, pressed the panic button more times than I can count today, just so they can contact us, seeing as there is no way to contact them on a public holiday via the number they have on the web. Unless you select the option of retrieving a ****** or Hi-jacked vehicle. On the tracker app, the vehicle is stopped at an address and it didn't update when in fact the vehicle already moved to a different location....although I do understand there are certain factors that could influence the actual address.....IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT IT CANNOT UPDATE LOCATION OVER A PERIOD OF 9 HOURS. SO WHAT THE HELL IS THE SERVICES FOR,?????????????

God forbid we are ever in an emergency and need to use the tracker emergency tag, because IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!! THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
