HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I do not recommend Tracker to ANYONE!!!!! They promised to install a unit in my dad's car on the 25th of March 2024, they never showed up!! They then scheduled an appointment for today between 12:30-14:00 and they still did not show up!!! This is a car that's being used every day and could be ****** at any moment!! Tracker does not prioritise their customers and their customers' safety. I should have just gone with another better company that prioritises their clients.
