Hopeless sky track very dispointed

I have had tracker for 9 months.i have changed devices 4 times. Sky track is hopeless my biggest worst mistake was going to tracker on 13 May I had a break down with my bus up to this day track never notified me about it been towed. There deceive gps location is poor and weak today as I write this complain I can't see my bus anywhere. I will do tracker a free advertising on back of my bus regarding the service and how sky track is just a money make schem. I still pay full price even if tracker doesn't work to me that ****************.
