Hijacked and delayed response from Tracker

I have received a very poor service from Tracker when my vehicle was hijacked. One, I reported the case for hijack at 22:44, and there was nothing done and tracker was disconnected at 2am. Additional to this, they could not update me on the status of the vehicle, I had to call to make follow ups because there after reporting the case they disconnected me from their App. It has been 15 days since the hijack and I have not even had from any Tracker consultant giving me an update on them finding the vehicle or way forward. They just keep sending the automated message.
