Highly Disappointed

I recently installed tracker on my vehicle and now the alarm goes off on odd hours of the night. My car's alarm has never went off before the tracker was installed. Now I am told i will have to pay a service call out amount of R850 if the problem was not caused by Tracker. Will tracker pay me for all the calls I am making, for the inconvenience caused to myself and my neighbors for waking up at odd hours of the night should it be your fault. I am highly disappointed in your service.
