Highly Disappointed

I can safely say that Tracker connect is not a tracking company I will ever suggest or ever use again!!! Two units in my car and still after 16 hours they still can’t defect where my car is, We have to follow up all the time they don’t call us at all to give us feedback, they told us they will call us when they have good news?! They haven’t even given us a reference number! How do we pay for two units “recovery units” as they call it but they can’t recover anything or call to give us any feedback, but rather when we call them they tell us they have a turn around time of two weeks??? So for now we are sitting ducks and waiting for them to recover the car. In the morning I wasn’t too stressed because I took it we have this company but as the day progressed they just disappointed more and more as the day went on.
