Hi I have a tracker for my car with Tracker compay my acc no *** with a monthly premium of R199.On the 28th March 2021 I activated the sms notifications on the app not knowing there were extra costs.On the 15 of May they debited R389 sent an email on the 17 may to enquire then they told me it was for sms then requested it to be turned off which they did on the 19 of May. Then on the 15 of June they debited R511 which I don't know now what is for sent email on the 17 June to enquiry got automated response with ticket ref *** they never responded then again on the 21June made follow up again with email got another automated response with ticket ref *** which they never responded on those 2 emails.
