held for over 25 minutes, still not attended

I have been trying since early this year to be attended by tracker to uninstall the tracker device in my car as I move to a new company. I was attended to by Cylan on 27 February and he put me through to the relevant department. I held for well over 20 minutes and after still not being attended to I hung up. I then complained online and until today my query still has not been resolved.<br> ***
