Harsh Business Practic
I had an outstanding amount with Tracker after
I sold the car I had with their tracking system.
The amount remains the same for two years
with no additional amount being charged.
In February 2015 I decided to settle that
amount, bit then Tracker decided since I've paid
that amount then they can charge me a further
R1200 but there was no mention of that R1200
in the past two years.
Fine, they only informed me about the R1200
just over a week ago, but already they have
already listed on my credit report that I have
not paid the account for more than R150+ days.
How is that possible that you inform me about
an amount which you say I owe this week, but
the following week you submit false information
to the credit bureau.
I have sent them countless e-mail asking for an
explanation but all I seem to get them going on
the defensive and referring me to their lawyers.
They will be nice to you when they still want
you to buy their product but treat you like
nothing you have purchase their product.
How do you even think of referring friends and
family members or even buying their service
again when their customer service is this harsh
and bad?
