Harrassed by tracker.

I had Santam Insurance for my car. The installation device needed was not explained to me by Santam. Then I received a call from Tracker thay they will install a tracker as an incentive for using Santam. I do have a tracking device with Netstar which works well and even in the recording i explained this. But the Tracker agent said it was Mahhala meaning it is free. Now im getting emails to say I am owing tracker and they are trying to debit on my account. This is a ******* and people should not be ****med by big corporates. So angry.
