Harassment from Tracker and it's Attorneys

"Good day,

I signed up with you for a debt order of R119, why did you send me a Debit check for R357. I did not agree to that much amount of Debit order. I agreed on your contract on 29/09/2021 for a premium of R119 and then 30/09/2021 you send me a debit check for such a ridiculous amount,

Please cancel this policy as per your cooling of period. I don't want to continue this contract, not after you have disregarded your responsibility as a Provider to Treat me and my finances fairly"

Since I sent this to Tracker 01/10/2021. I received the communication that the policy was cancelled on 07/10/2021. This was after I had to prove the reason for my cancellation over and over again.

I thought the nightmare has ended but little did I know

Tracker handed my account to attorney instead of cancelling this policy completely. I was harassed by their attorney until one lady took the time to google "cooling off period ". She apologized as I sent her proof of cancellation from Tracker as well. The attorneys stop calling for a while

I still thought that the nightmare was over, then I started getting harassment calls from their consultants. I told them what happened and for a while they too stopped calling for a while but then the same attorneys started calling and harassing me again

I stopped taking their calls. Then they started with emails

They now have different attorneys to harass me

I am tired of proving that I don't owe Tracker anything

They use attorneys to harass Customers, What kind of sick, manipulation is that from a Big company as Tracker

What happened to South African Consumer rights

Why are we not protected from this Big Named Providers

And if South Africa's consumer rights still exist why is it hard to access and have information about them

In such a disastrous economy, their are companies ripping us off, using legal entities to harass consumers ******* and an ordinary South Africa like me can't do anything about it but be stressed and depressed about this

This companies are cruel and need to follow their own contract

Tracker, I don't owe you anything. Stop contacting me

I wonder how many people you are doing this to on daily basis

To date, they are still harassing me via email
