Harassment by attorneys

I bought my car a few years ago, cash. I made an deal with the dealership to install a Tracker for free, this was agreed upon. I was told they would contact me within a week regarding the system, I was never contacted. life happened & I forgot about it all. A few months ago I got an sms stating I need to pay just over R400 into an FNB account, I obviously ignored it. Next sms was from Norton attorneys stating legal action will be taken if I don't make payment. Contacted them explaining my situation with Tracker & was told to contact them direct, which I did. Explained it all again to the lady & she informed me that the dealership only paid for 36 months & I was now responsible for the account. I told her that I was never informed of this & I never signed ANY contract agreeing to this, & I want them to cancel my account & remove the system. She told me that it was cancelled & a technician will contact me regarding the removal. True to their nature, no one called!! Recently I started getting sms's asking me to respond with an amount I can pay & my banking details. NO!! Cancel my account & remove the system, which I'v never used!! Ref.:TK158658
