Harassed by Tracker
I cancelled my tracker in April 2020 when it was locked down and that my insurance no longer required it . My last system check done was in Sept .I ignored this as I had cancelled . Now they have second rate debt collectors calling both myself and my wife ( not sure how they got her number) and harassing us for payment . On speaking to tracker themselves I had to deal with some arrogant and rude female that simply told me to prove I had cancelled . Must I now go through all my call from now until April last year to check simply because their system cant do it .

14 Apr 2021, 15:23This is absolute hogwash . I received a call and email from a very obstinate Solly Thaba who I presume is there simply to chase any complainant away . They expect me to know their inhouse cancellation procedures as well as have in think back a year to figure which number I used to contact them and prove that I actually did . Their second rate debt collectors wont take responsibility for harassment and Tracker wont take responsibility for the actions of the debt collector.This leaves me having to take legal action against both parties , a waste of my time .This Solly character has serious hearing and reading issues as well as honesty issues as he **** to me saying they had no staff on duty over the time I called . I have since phoned their customer service number and the lady confirmed that they were on duty right through lockdown .What kind of pleb is this Solly who wont even escalate this .
