Harasment by Sales Department

I have no car, I have not recently bought a car from anywhere, but I have been recieving calls from Tracker telling about their tracker options that I requested, which I never did.

After telling them numerous times to stop calling me becase I have no car, they have been harrasing me with text messages from this number + ********** ********** and it reads 'After unsuccessful attempts to discuss product options Tracker has cancelled your request. Should you require our services, contact us on ********** 040 option 3.1.1"

I have recieved over 300 text messages one after another for the past 1 hour, as a result of this i cannot use my cell phone.

I have called both regional and head office but no one is assisting as I am still recieving the smses.

I would like legal action taken against Traker for harrasment.
