Handed to the lawyers

<p>After I was unable to pay tracker, they decided to hand me over to the lawyers, I contacted Gugu to check my account and make payment arrangements but i was advised that i have been handed to the lawyers already that was on the 07/04/2016 @ 15:50 ********** 610 . On the 20/05/2016 I noticed tracker connect forcefully debit my account R530. the amount that i was told it was outstanding. </p> <p>I phoned tracker to confirm if all is in order as they debited my account, spoke to Tshepo @15:52 who asked me to phone back on the 10/07/2016 to confirm the account closure.</p> <p>I phoned on the 12/07/2016 @15:33 spoke to Bonga who confirmed with me that the account has been settled and if I need for them to re activate it with an amount of R199 every month he will do that and confirm within 48 hours by phone call or email. since then i never hear anything from tracker.</p> <p>I am very upset and disappointed when i received my post on monday and i received a letter from tracker dated the 05/08/2016 warning me that I am going to be handed over to the lawyer for the oustanding amount of R800 cancellation fee that was never explain by all the above people I have been speaking with., </p> <p>I now i phoned on yesterday where i spoke to Christal @14:49 who said she will ask Bonga the last person i spoke to to phone me back , but nothing has happend. I phone now @12:17 spoke to Marvin who was not willing to listen or assist me in any way as he says whatever that was said by Bonga is not is action.</p> <p>The service i am receiving from tracker is TERRIBLE and i feel its frustrating that after several calls with them no one was willing to assist me but to hand me to the lawyers again. Marvin even explainied if they reconnect thhe tracker i am still going to pay 600 for that, how redicuolous? it pains me to say i have never expected that from tracker at all. I am confused and frustrated that my name has to be dragged down for what i am not sure. BAD BAD SERVICE </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
