Handed over...no communication... disgusting service

Today my Partner gets a call from Norman Bisset attorneys claiming to have been handed over by Tracker for a debit order he stopped. How do you hand someone over not having contacted the client asking them why the debit order has stopped he didn't stop it. The debit order stopped going off and we assumed the contract had ended. Funny story though he took the contract out in 2014 and Norman Bisset attorneys say It was for 2 years so how do you debit someone for 5 years? And if the debit order was for R129 and it hasn't been going off since June of 2019 how are you handed over for R573.72? We are happy to continue the service but something seems amiss here. No notification from tracker that the debit order has not been going off and yet he was still liable for payment. We would like this corrected as soon as possible and hand over to the attorneys rescinded immediately and his bureau information corrected This is a matter than can easily be resolved through proper communication
