Handed over to attorneys yet I paid cash in advance
<p>Tracker has handed me over to the attorneys after I paid for the unit in cash and thus I don't have to pay a monthly fee. Have emailed them, yet they have been pretty useless in responding or stopping the handover to the attorneys. </p>
