Had to get my own towing services for the second time.
<p>I needed roadsidde assist from tracker but for the second time i did not get help, Firstly i assume the button installed on my car did work since i did not get a call back from TRACKER! Then i phoned in I spoke to Patrick and he told me that they dont have a Truck that can take me to where i wanted the vehicle to be dropped off, He then advise at 10:24 that He got the truck but they can only help me after 2Hours which means i had to stay on the road side for two hours which to me showed that they dont care about mySafety. I ended up organising the tow truck myself even though i have a "ROAD SIDE ASSIST" </p>

Hi there, i was told by tracker that i will be re-embursed my Towing service money on the 21/11/2016 but that have not happened untill now. I would like to know why that have not happened as it was supposed to happen within 24Hour ?
