H9rrible to deal with
Cancellation - they say pay like R800/-. And then call them..they keep you forever. When you eventually get to them, they want to see you you've sold the car to so they can contact. Then tell you they havent recieved payment yet. Then after 2 weeks..same story - they try to get to the person who bought it..eventually they see payment..and ask you to hold on more..another 3 mins and said they will send e mail confirmation they cancelled. Hopefully they contract is indeed cancelled!
Anyway..new car comes on 1 May..not using them again!
Experience dealing with Tracker Connect - Horrible!!
