Grossly Overcharged for Roadside Assistance

<p>Tracker, your customer service is absolutely atrocious.</p> <p>I was sent a notice of suspension today even though I have spoken to two people at customer care regarding this payment in the last two months, and each time they say that they are going to investigate and esculate my complaint, but nobody ever gets back to me. The first person I spoke to managed to track exactly how far I was towed on your system, and was also baffled as to how I was charged R1800, however he never followed up with me.</p> <p><br />I used your towing service on the 30th October 2016 to tow my car from just outside the Grasmere N1 Toll Plaza to Berario, in Randburg. I was quoted R400 for the tow by the lady at the call centre who arranged it for me, as I have 40kms free towing service and she said I would only pay for the additional 20kms. Needless to say, I was absolutely horrified when you tried to deduct R1800 for this tow.</p> <p>Please investigate this matter urgently, as your debit order keeps bouncing because I simply do not have that kind of money. I would have arranged an alternative had I known you would charge me R1800 for a tow for approximately 60 km.
