Greedy and Unreliable

Friday 3 December,i had tracker test my tracker unit I was told I will get feedback within 72 hrs, Today I got the feedback saying that there was no response from my tracker unit, I called the contact center and they said they will replace the Tracker unit for free, but I have to pay for the call out free of R 399. I have a 3 yr contract with tracker and now when their unit stops working they are saying I will have to pay for the call out technician. I am paying a monthly premium for a tracker unit that is not working.
