Great service with room to improve on call duration

Thank you to Jappie and Neliswa at TrackerConnect for handling my call with great enthusiasm. The service and the agents indicated were fantastic however the call duration is relatively long, 23 minutes of my airtime is too much especially in this difficult economic climate. Either way, the staff made all effort to make up for the long call duration.
