Great service from Tracker ladies

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to two outstanding Tracker staff members, Ms Courtney Morris and Ms Glendah Maaladiatla, for the exceptional service I received when I contacted Tracker again to resolve a problem that had been ongoing for months.

From the outset, both Ms Morris and Ms Maaladiatla truly listened to me. They did not rush the conversation or dismiss my concerns. Instead, they took the time to understand the full history of the issue and showed genuine care and empathy as I explained my frustration with the company and the lengthy delays I had experienced.

What really stood out was that they went the extra mile to help resolve my problem. They explained the entire process clearly, step by step, making sure I understood what would be done and why. They actively engaged with my case, rather than just passing it on or offering generic responses, and I felt for the first time that someone was truly taking ownership of the situation.

Both ladies were kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our interactions. Their professionalism and the way they handled my frustration was deeply appreciated. Ms Maaladiatla, in particular, distinguished herself by keeping her promise to call me back – and she did so exactly as she said she would. This simple act of following through is unfortunately rare in the industry, and it speaks volumes about her dedication and commitment to excellent service.

Tracker can be very pleased and proud to have Ms Morris and Ms Maaladiatla on their team. Their efforts not only helped resolve a long-standing issue, but they genuinely restored some of my faith in our country’s service delivery sector. They showed that excellent customer service is still possible when people care enough to listen, engage, and follow through.
