Great customer service from Brian Khumalo - Tracker

I just want to take this time to thank one of your employees (Brian Khumalo) who really put the needs of the customer first. I spent weeks calling tracker connect with issues i had with my tracking unit without resolution.

Yesterday I spoke to Brian Khumalo regarding the issue and Today the issue with my tracking unit has been resolved. Brian didn't just get the issue resolved, but he kept me updated every step of the way, he updated me when the status of my issue changed.

What some of the staff couldn't do in weeks, he got done in less than two days. It is good to know that Tracker has staff that care about their customer, this has made the faith i have for Tracker stronger.

Kudos Brian, keep up the great work.
