Big up to the tracker team for sorting out my customer query so expediently! Thank you Team tracker and one Simo Sibanyoni, oh and not forgetting the contact centre agent Lungile who made sure my account issue was escalated with ease! I can imagine how volcanic my tone was at the time of the call, but whew they handled all so so well! At times we forget that these guys deal with 100s of us on an hourly basis and still yet they maintain so much calm!! Thanks Tracker Connect for an excellent customer experience 👍🏼 😊🫡
