Gravy train employees

I will never ever recommend this company. They will promise you the world and never fulfil any promise from their side. 1. Promised to update our tracking device and as at today, still waiting for someone to contact me for the installation as at 24/04/2024). Now I went elsewhere. 2. In October 2023 requested the Car Guard to be removed. The billing stopped for 1 month and after a system change/reboot/fix/upgrade (?) the charge was back. After phones call to Tracker . . . . . Comments from the call Centre were (1) the emails are a mess; I will come back to you - still waiting for the call. (2) I will send you a SMS with the reference number to verify that the issue has been sent to the accounts: Guess what: no SMS received and still being billed. So be very wary when dealing with them.
