Goodbye Tracker

<p>This is the last of many attempts to get Tracker where I pay the most expensive premium on both of my cars for Tracker Skytrax. I emailed Tracker on the weekend to give them one last chance, no response:</p> <p> </p> <p>I called your call centre again this morning (Saturday the 3rd of September 2016) and they failed in assisting me with my query, again. I was told by the agent that the reason my carguard functionalioty on my prado and audi is not working because of a technical error.<br /> <br />I see in your terms and conditions that I am charged R2 per sms that FAILS.<br /> <br />My terms and conditions are the following:<br /> <br />1. If I am not contacted by 5pm on Monday the 5th of September 2016 to solve this issue I will be cancelling all my units with Tracker and will NEVER be returning.<br />2. All FAILED smses where I was charged is refunded to my account as this was a TECHNICAL ERROR on tracker’s side.<br /> <br />I trust this clarifies my very annoyed position.<br /> <br />This is Tracker’s last chance to fix this.<br /> <br />Regards</p>
