If you want to have your car ******, please do business with this company. We have a system in for 12 years. We test it every 6 months. During covid nothing happened, no testing no contact with them. When we finally got them to test the system again we were informed the system we have in the car isn't supported for 5 years anymore. So we decided OK, maybe a fault on our side and requested a new system. We make an appoinrment for installation at their premises. When we get there security tells us to wait outside, because the technician will come and fetch us. After ore than half an hour we decided to leave. Then we phone custemer support and are told we were supposed to go inside. Maybe fly over the gate? We have been paying for peace of mind for 5 years that we never received. Worst customer support from any company we have ever dealt with.
