General assistance standards poor

It has been now going on for weeks and no real assistance has been given. Vehicle back form repair and just needed to test the system to see that all is still working. Phoned to get system checked, week passed no response, phoned again and was advised that a tech needs to come out as the standard test was already completed and it will cost me R***. No body arranged for visit after another week and I cancelled the tech. Day after cancellation of Tech, tech phoned to come and test. <br> <br> Which I told that it was cancelled the day before. Now past Friday I was connected to advise that a test needs to be done and the R*** will be wavered by Tracker. Today I get a called dropped when answered and suddenly a message to arrange for Test to a Pretoria number, I phoned and was advised to phone a JHB number which I did, almost 15 minutes later they could not assist on the booking and told me someone will phone me. I'm at the point to cancel my Tracker and go somewhere better.<br>
