Further Billing after Lapsed 36 months Contract (Tracker) Tracker Membership Number: ***
Tracker kept on billing me after my 36 months contract has lapsed, as I have also indicated that I want to end the contract. I was just informed that I will have to pay a penalty if I end the contract prematurely. Thus I waited my period out until end 31st of April 2017. Well to my horror they kept on billing me and also handed me over to their legal company to get the money from me. As I am currently working outside of South Africa I have requested my wife on behalf of me also instruct Tracker to cancel the contract after the 36 month epiry date of the contract to stop they informed her that she does not carry the power of authority to cancel the contract.
