********** debits by Tracker

I had a policy with Tracker and I cancelled it. Last year out of the blue without any agreement with me they decided to deduct on my account. I addressed the matter with Priscilla Seleke on 28.10.2014 and said they debited my account for the bank charges that never happened. The following month it happened and she made the same promise. I asked to speak to his boss again on 27 November 2014 and he said his supervisor is off sick and whenever I phoned to speak to his boss he always fabricated some stories. Tracker always messes my bank account and now I have a bad credit record thanks to them. This is ***** and unacceptable. To this day they still deduct my account without an agreement every month.<br> <br>
