********** debit order by tracker connect helped by capitec

I am tired of ********** debit order transactions put through on my bank account. Today Tracker Connect submitted to capitec Bank an unauthorized debit order to the value of R409. 38. It didn't help that i tried to cancel this debit order but as unusual the capitec app is useless. I then called the capitec customer care line at 2:47, 2:52 & 5:24 to get assistance since the branch was closing/closed. All i heard was music the whole time. No one answered the call. I guess i need to go to the bank tomorrow to lodge another complaint. Mind you the first one is still outstanding. Thanks Tracker Connect and Capitec for helping yourself to my money.
