I phone this useless company when my mom passed away at the end of October to advice them of this. They then advised me that I need to send the death certificate and ID to ***. Got a reply back from them on the 13/11/2020 that they will cancel the contract. So guess what these idiots then take a debit order off the account. Phoned them today 02/12/2020 and then they called be a lair basically as they said they can find a record of these emails and then all of a sudden I now need a letter from the executor of the estate which was not mentioned on the phone nor in their email. SO please think twice about these **********. I am going to lay a case of deformation of character against them as well as speak to the CPA for breach of contract. They are not the best at tracker but the best at taking money.
