Four days have passed since i sent proof of payment,still no progress in terms of allocating the funds accordingly,my account is still suspended

Since i sent my proof of payment about four days ago,i got a message from them indicating that my proof of payment was escalated to their unidentified deposits for them to investigate and allocate the funds accordingly because they claim that i haven;t put the ref number when i made the payment,even though the ref no that i have put,appearing on the deposit slip was sent to me by them via an sms along with their banking details,i have paid the account about almost a month ago but still not covered since my account is still suspended and my vehicle is not safe from theft and recovery,they seem not to care about the welfare of customers,all they care about is money and my next payment for the account was supposed to be imminent but since my previous payment was not yet allocated accordingly,don't know what to do.Not good to insure vehicle with.Thumbs down to tracker connect thumbs down.I have never felt so terrible about an insurance company like this before.
