Forcing payment

Hello Peter my name is Mr MG Ngubo i have covered a car with Theft rescue known as Tracker ( around 2013),last year around June i was retrenched from work and did inform Tracker as they would phone me almost all the time however when taking the policy i was told that the policy works like a prepaid meaning if i don't pay my car is not covered,after explaining to them that i had no income i also asked them to locate my car which they failed doing twice.The following calls after that i informed them that my car is broken down more then a number of times, as they would say that their calls are recorded i asked them to listen to their calls before calling and force me to pay for my device.Today 29 of July a year later i then receive another from them again forcing me to make payment, i then asked the lady who phoned if they are trying to make me pay for a car that does not move and had been reported more then once that it is broken down. She then answers me by saying that i am in a contract with them? because i was told that my car is not covered if i had missed a payment. I would like the to pull out the first sales call when i was phoned when taking the device. Thank you.
