Fitting a tracker on my car

I had an appointment for the 29th at 2pm and no one came to fit my tracker , 30 minutes later I called in to follow up and apparently the guy Name Chrison came at my place "hooted " at the gate when u didnt come out he left ... I was taken aback and angry, he didn't even have the decency to call me ..and when he was called again he said he'll come in on the 30th at 12pm and now I'm writing this at 12: 20 and I haven't heard anything...horrible service I'm experiencing .
