First time client and not satisfied at all

I had the worst experience as a new client. I had a problem and when they called me back i spoke to a male agent and he said the technician will call 2hours later nothing no call. Then when i asked to call me again i whent through to a female agent. She was rude kept interupting me as i wanted to explain got me very angry i mean i feel like cancelling and going to another company
