Feeling secured

Wonderful work guys but you need to improve on the response time, took almost two minutes to get a call. But the day I had midnight emergency you came through guys. Response time MUST be less than a minutes. I'm from the hood, for car to be gone it takes milliseconds. Please improve response time.

My car wasn't ****** but driving midnight, a mostly highjacked car model is not so good. The Tracker consultant tracked my every move from home to hospital and back. Thanks for making me feel secured. Hope you do the same to everyone of your customer.
