Faulty until, false alerts. They not bothered!
It's been a month driving around with a faulty unit. It sends out false alerts every other day. I hope that nothing serious happens cause they wouldn't know the seriousness of it. I never recommend them. Once I find a reputable competitor I'm out. Until than I hope that nothing happens.

25 Nov 2022, 12:16It's been 48hours since you so called claim in getting back to me. Its gone from bad to worse. I've pressed my panic button 4 times already while on 15min call with your cancelations department. Not once did your response team call me. Let me just say, that at least this is written confirmation that should anything happen to my car and yol didn't response because you never bothered to attend to this unit. It's gona be a **** show in court.
