Faulty unit not repaired - keep getting harassed

I installed a tracker unit in one of my vehicles beginning of the year. Since beginning of October I have been getting calls almost everyday from Tracker in the morning about unauthorized movement on the vehicle.<br> I have asked every call center consultant to please log a call with technical to send somebody to inspect my unit, but they have not done anything as yet.<br> <br> I was asked to replace the battery on the key fob, which after I told everyone I have done twice in the last 30 days to be sure it's not the battery they still haven't done anything. This is now from the company that is going to recover my vehicle if something goes wrong.<br> <br> The calls I'm getting everyday is bordering on harassment!!!! Nobody is listening or doing anything about my problem. What is going to happen if my vehicle get ****** today? How will they be able to recover the vehicle if the Tracker unit is broken?!?!?!?!?<br> <br> I'm extremely discussed with the support and service I'm getting from Tracker atm.<br> I have logged a support call this morning myself seeing as nobody can do it from Tracker, ***.
