Faulty product supp****

I had a unit installed which came with a rag for early warning detection. The first 2 days i got smses notifying me of unauthorised movement with this device in the car. I called and the technician "sorted" the issue on the call. Fast forward 2 months later the battery falls out of the tag and i only noticed 2lthe next day and i had driven several times without any call or sms. I call in today to be told the device was not working since i got it and they said battery was flat. I had a new battery in the device and still the technician could not pick up the tag on the system. I now have to run around finding fitment centres to get this sorted while this service continues to jot work!!!!
