Fast to sign me up on a new contract but Skytrax unit does not work - No one ever calls back from tracker

<p>Tracker installed a Skytrax unit in my BMW while driving I get constant on and off notifications as well as tow notifications, I called the call Centre this morning and spoke to Gershwin who said some one would call me back to arrange to send out a tech and fix the issue but no one has called me yet...</p> <p>Tracker was quick to call me to sign up a new contract but even when getting my new car I had to call tracker to arrange a technician to come out and install the unit, now it seems I have to nag tracker to fix their faulty system. If you cannot get this fixed please cancel my contract and I will move to Netstar</p>
