False report

I am disappointed in the service received from Tracker. On the 6th of March i reported my car missing and asked them to locate it which they did. My issue here is i asked about the condition of the car, if was in an accident and that they could detect the impact. Their response was a calm 'don't worry mam there wasn't any impact as the car did not alert us, your car has an impact alert and we were going to be able to detect it". This put me at easy only to be shocked when i say the state ny car was in. The insurance wrote my car off because it was badly danaged, yet they did not pick it up. What a joke really, what exactly was i paying for then?!. They later on gave me a report of the speed that it was exceeded yet i never received any notifications about speed and because of this the insurance has refused to pay. Your company is messing with people's lives and its disgusting. How can you give such a bold statement about the impact yet it was a false call. You should be disappointed in the service that you provide. It's totally uncalled for.
