False promises

3 yrs ago I signed up with tracker connect everything went well debit order went through monthly with no complaints until in 2018 when I got stuck in a dangerous area and called tracker for the towing service as advertised I was told there are no tow trucks going to my area I had to hire a tow truck to tow me home and when I was paying tracker they never told me they don't accept money from people staying in my area and I moved house but when I tracked my car via tracker login app it still showed my car parked at my old adress that I left a year ago I complained about my concern bt never got a responseI still continued paying my tracker premiums for another year then when the lockdown started I stopped paying because the service was useless to me now they handed me to some attorneys.
