False information to sell more products

I was with tracker for 2 years with no problems until a sales person named SAM called to sell me a product that sounded like an upgrade. I was made to believe that I could cancell my current option for the new one only to find they expected me to keep both. I have never encountered such desperate and careless service. I have cancelled deal and will not stop till everyone I know does the same. They are such *******.
