False information given to customer

I changed my debit order in February from the 15th of each month to the 27th,I spoke to the credit controller to confirm what the amount is that will be deducted from my account and if there is any pro rata due she advices me just the normal instalment as it is the the same month that i made the change, I had a look at my bank account this morning and see they debited for 2 months,now I have debited orders that bounced due to that extra amount taken from my account please can you refund my amount back to my account today still
