Failure to track my car trips
My car has two missed trips. The first was reported on Sunday, February 12, 2025, when I was unable to find my travel on the app. As if my car had leaped to a place, they were unable to even locate the trip when I spoke to Tracker. They suspected the faulty device, which was replaced. Today, March 15, 2025. The identical issue occurred with the new device's trip is missing. I can only track it back from the location. Problem is, during my missing trip, my car was irrecoverable; that's scary. and I am asking myself what are other trips that are missing but not aware of. Its a risky business.
